Let’s start with Nisha Adhikari, wow what a beauty and talent. She has gained some knowledge regarding direction and acting skill from America and just returns from US. She acted in some Nepali movies. She has gained some respect and has some good Nepali movies.
About Diya Maskey, she looks cool. She has some best dancing skill with great acting power in the Nepali cinemas. She has some good Nepali movies in which she has the great role and impact on those movies.
They are together now as the lesbian lovers in the Nepali movie Snow Flowers (Hiuka Phoolharu) which going to be directed by Suwarna Thapa. Nisha Sharma, Saugat Malla, Laxmi Giri, Bharati Ghimire, BS Rana, Raj Ballav Koirala and Namrata Shrestha are also in the movie. The team of Snow Flowers has selected Kathmandu and Pokhara for their movie shooting location.
I think it will be the first lesbian Nepali movie. It will have some different taste. But in my opinion such movie can attract only some selected audience. The mass audience who like the movies of Rajesh Hamal may not be attracted by such movies. The Nepalese people who live in the city like Kathmandu, Pokhara will be its center of attraction. Those people who lives in remote area I think may don't understand such kind of movie and may dislike and raise a question on those movies.
The concept of Snow Flowers is just superb and really appreciated. Thanks to Nisha Adhikari and Diya Maskey for such dare to play such movie. Now it’s depending on the movie script how it is written and how it will be directed by Suwarna Thapa.
